    Tell us how great your project is by providing details such as property description, pictures, purchase contract, and construction or renovation plans.

  • Review

    Once posted to the Project Room, our members will quickly evaluate your project merits and make their investment decision.

  • Invest

    When your loan request is successfully funded, we'll simply verify some diligence items and send your money as one consolidated loan to the settlement agent for closing. No Hassles.

  • Funding

    You complete construction/renovation and sell or refinance your project. The loan gets re-paid, lenders are happy, and you made an excellent profit... Congratulations!

  • Follow

    Rinse and Repeat! Submit more projects for funding at any time. You don't have to complete one project before you can submit others.
